Our maintenance agreements are flexible and we take special care in trying to accommodate your needs. We have an interest in keeping your equipment running well because it's an investment for us as well. Why? Well, you see, a full maintenance agreement covers your equipment if something were to fail. Also, during the first couple of months we do a full inspection on your elevators and then we provide you with a full report on the condition of the elevators so that there are no surprises. This allows folks to plan ahead if there are any problems. It also gives folks a sense of comfort if there are none.

Much older equipment can be maintained monthly by simply checking and lubricating all the vitals. We also report to you any issues that need your attention that we may stay proactive.
